Dr. Nannette “Net” Stangle-Castor has over 18 years’ experience consulting for NASA, major research universities, non-profits, and corporate clients on strategy, innovation management, operations, organizational change, and communication. Net’s has an unmatched ability to grasp the big picture, to comprehend the details, and to appreciate workforce dynamics and resource constraints. She excels at developing pragmatic strategies that reach across silos, are implementable, and are welcomed by key stakeholders.
Net comes from humble roots. Growing up in a paper mill town, she was the first in her family to go to college. After college, she continued on to receive her PhD at a premier cancer institute. This experience taught her that change in the world requires not only hard work and partnership but also a strategy and good communication. It also gave her the rare ability to meld empathy into her approach.

Anne Marie specializes in logos and corporate identity, branding, marketing design, and advertising. In addition to running her business, Ann Marie has been an active member of her local Chamber of Commerce for fifteen years, serving as both chairman of the board and interim director.

The majority of his 22-year career has been working in areas of technology transfer. In addition to founding her own business, Laughing Wren Studio, Lauren directed all marketing and student recruiting initiatives at Wilkes Community College as the coordinator of recruiting and marketing, and previously served as the Program Coordinator for Duke Anesthesiology at Duke University Medical Center where she planned and organized annual events, assisted with fundraising and the management of a non-profit organization, and helped design, write, and produce numerous print and multimedia publications.
