IVT is proud to support the Me Fine Foundation in its effort to “provide hope to critically ill children and their families through financial assistance & emotional support” in North Carolina. IVT’s team work with the leadership at Me Fine to refine and rework their website to better engage with the community that they serve and the generous donors that support their mission. The updated website (Me Fine Foundation) allows those throughout our community to learn more about their amazing efforts to help those in need with both emotional and financial support. Please visit Mefinefoundation.org to find out how you can support the organization through volunteering or donations.
Nannette’s team volunteered thousands of dollars worth of expertise and work to overhaul and redesign our website. They were incredibly professional and took the time to collaborate and walk through the process with us. Me Fine was treated just as any paying client and made to feel like a priority for the entire partnership. What resulted was a brand new, state-of-the-art website that not only met our needs, it made for a much more user-friendly experience.
Joey Powell, Executive Director for Me Fine
The website was developed pro bono by IVT, a technical management consulting and strategic communications firm based in Raleigh. “It is part of our company’s mission to help organizations make a greater impact and better serve our community,” said Nannette Stangle-Castor, President of IVT. “We are proud to help Me Fine reach more members of our community so they can help more families in need. We hope that we, at IVT, can be a role model for other small businesses, showing them the invaluable rewards of providing services to our local non-profits to positively impact our community.”
Me Fine, is a non-profit organization committed to providing support for these children and their families during a very difficult time. One in three families with children experiences significant financial burden at some point due to medical care costs, and roughly three out of every five personal bankruptcies are byproducts of insurmountable medical debt. Since 2004, Me Fine Foundation has addressed this overwhelming need by providing both financial and emotional support to over 1,300 critically ill or terminal children and their families. They work with families from across the state whose children are being treated at Duke Children’s Medical Center or the UNC Children’s Hospital. Their organization benefits individuals of every race, diagnosis, religious affiliation, and economic status.
